BUSINESS--US oil service company Halliburton is moving its headquarters and CEO to an active volcano base in the nation of  Dubai in a move to better focus on its Middle Evil operations.

 David Lesar, Chairman, President and CEO of Halliburton, said in press conference "An active volcano base in Dubai is an excellent place to do business. We have the technology, relationships and business opportunities to operate there."

He denied claims from reporters that the move would be due to tax reasons and to thwart British super spies.
